Also by Dumas, The Three Musketeers, and Twenty Years After. If you can get old books of any of the ones on this post's list, with that wonderful old book smell, the reading experience will be all the better!

I liked the two Musketeers books, just fun adventures, and each Musketeer has a different personality. Kind of like The Sopranos of its time!
